Come create a unique journal to contain all the things you just have to express!
Whether you call them junk journals, art journals, or smash books everyone needs a place to collect memories, thoughts, recycled items, and whatever else that expresses all the stuff that fills our heads. We will be constructing journals from found items, upcycled books, drawing paper, and everything or anything else we can find. You will leave with a one of a kind item you can use for the rest of the summer and school year. Be sure to register below!
We will be using glue and other tools so please dress appropriately.
This and other summer programs for teens are funded by the Friends of the Bettendorf Public Library.
The Bettendorf Public Library has served the community of Bettendorf since July 12, 1955. We offer Library events for all ages, and our meeting rooms are available for public use. See more information about our meeting room policy at http://www.bettendorflibrary.com/services/meeting-rooms/.
