This program is for children going into Kindergarten through 2nd Grade. The program is free, and all supplies will be provided. Parents must accompany children in session for K-2nd grade.
Programming for the children's Summer Reading Program is presented by Ascentra Credit Union and Eye Surgeons Associates through the Bettendorf Public Library Foundation.
