Dust off your cosplay and grab your sketchbooks! We invite teens (ages 11-19) to the Figge Art Museum for an afternoon of manga, anime, Japanese culture, and art!
We will be giving out prizes for cosplay, art, gaming, and more. You can bring your best drawing with you or draw while at the event. Registration required and limited to 100 attendees. Additional registration will be required if you are interested in participating in the Super Smash Bros gaming tournament or the art workshop.

New for 2025: Artists may bring one finished piece to Teen Anime Day to enter into the Teen Anime Day Art Contest (no larger than 3'x3'x6") or they can choose to draw while at the event and enter one piece into the Teen Anime Day Sketch Contest. Artists cannot enter both the Art Contest and the Sketch Contest. However, artists can still draw during the event and hang up their sketches for attendees to view without entering the Sketch Contest. Digital Art may be printed out by the artist and entered into the Teen Anime Day Art Contest. Digital Art may not be submitted to the Teen Anime Day Sketch Contest.
