The Booker Bear program is a collaboration between the Bettendorf Public Library Foundation and Ascentra Credit Union to encourage reading.
This program is for first graders who attend Neil Armstrong and Herbert Hoover. If your child attends a school other than Neil Armstrong or Herbert Hoover please check the other program times.
