Because Medicare includes multiple parts, coverage options, and enrollment periods, many beneficiaries find the program confusing. Effective Medicare education explains the differences between Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and prescription drug plans while also highlighting eligibility requirements, costs, and available resources.
