Daisy Moran will share her expertise on the diverse Indigenous cultures that form the foundation of Latina/o/x/e heritage. Through her transformative workshop, attendees will gain insight into the community's unique mental health challenges and how embracing the Indigenous heritage can provide strength and resilience while fostering a supportive space for mental wellness.
